Does Fish Oil/omega 3 Lower Cholesterol?
Plus what 's the diffrence between omega and fish oil i 'm eighteen and have been taking 4 a day of the disney omega 3 vitamins cause my doctor told me i need to lower my cholesterol and my vitamin d levels need to go up i was told to take 4000iu but these vitamins only have 400iu and i can only take gummies or liquid cause its hard for me to swallow pills....and i can 't find 4000iu in gummies :( is there anything i can do?
